When thinking of a mixed CD back in 1998, Goa Gil was our natural choice.
This mix is actually the result of Goa Gil's legendary parties in Forest of the Saints, near Jerusalem.
Those parties made echoes and were spoken of across Europe, and till this day people that attended them bring back memories.
By judging from the track list, the immediate conclusion is that this is a proper Goa party.

Forest Of The Saints includes ten tracks, eight of them are exclusive for this mix. Some of the best international names in psytrance are here, pumping tunes from representatives from three continents.

The mix begins with Gil's message to the world, and the party kicks off with 'Kabal' from Avatar (the French / Israeli duo, Martin Cooper & Avichay Avigal). Pete Martin and Slide follow with '2274'. Bamboo Forest from France with one of their best tracks, 'Sadhu'. Infected Mushroom, who need no introduction, are next with one of their biggest hits ever, 'Psycho'. Toi Doi with one of his early tracks, 'Particule', pure psychadelia. Section-X with a hypnotic techno trance cut titled 'Teleport', Man Made Man with 'Radar', which is one of the best tracks they ever did, it appears exclusively on this mix. The electric 'Cold Fire' from Electric Universe -also exclusive for this mix. Follows Elixir (DJ Christoph AKA Absolum), with the crazy 'Furious'. The album is sealed with the tribal trance track from The Nommos (Goa Gil & Ariane) and their 'Djembe'.
